    High-speed automatic press is adopted, and the material is automatically transferred from the uncoiler. The core of a certain shape is automatically stamped in the progressive mold set in the press.


    With the development of mold technology, precise cores such as automatic straight lamination, index lamination, skew, and inner and outer diameter steps in the mold have been developed.

     

    In order to produce a precise core, flatness of the press bolser, parallelism and perpendicularity of the upper ram, variation of the bottom dead center during loading, and total cleance from the crankshaft to the ram are required. Thus, a high-speed automatic press for specialized core production is adopted for our machinery.

    Molding is a process to maintain the mold used for press punching and die casting, and to ensure that the critical defects of the core are checked and repaired in advance to achieve the quality goal.

    We are contributing to the production of high-quality stacking cores and non-cutting cores of rotors by precisely modifying progressive dies for high-speed automatic presses and die mold for die casting with basic maintenance such as large-sized plane grinders and medium and small-sized plane grinders.

    The rotor core of the motor is mainly used by aluminum squirrel cage rotors with aluminum die-casting instead of winding type for price, productivity and mass production.

    Die casting is called mold casting, and it is a precision casting method to obtain the same casting as the mold by setting the mold made to match the casting shape in the die casting machine and injecting the molten metal melted into the crucible into the mold with a cylinder.

    Recently, with the development of casting technology, we are adopting a three-stage hydraulic mold with a pin point method that prevents deformation of the inner and outer diameter of the rotor core, which is a cast object, and is used without cutting the inner and outer diameters after die casting.

    We have established a welding automation facility for motor core welding, and thanks to the automated facility, we are able to quickly respond to customer requests for small batch production.
